Free Rides - Dan Uphoff asks if anyone else has had a pax claim they weren't picked up. With users requesting rides for other people, riders can easily wiggle out of paying because the phone that requested the ride didn't go on the ride. Best bet, keep your own log, verify via text that they want someone else picked up and be prepared to duke it out with an Uber CSR.

Don't drop the pin! -LEAFdriver is in shock at the stupidity of the average pax. Most just drop the pin without any regard for where it actually lands. To avoid unexpected dead miles, verify any locations that look suspect.
